This is a customized program being jointly sponsored by 6 Team Conditions & CEGOC. The course is a blended learning program consisting of the Level 1 - Foundational Practitioner Certification program + 3 live webinar sessions on 3 successive Tuesdays: May 26, June 2 and June 9, 2020. The program is being delivered by instructors Dr. Ruth Wageman and Dr. Krister Lowe and will provide you with an in-depth foundational level practitioner certification in the 6 Conditions of Team Effectiveness Framework and Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS).
Developed at Harvard by world renowned experts on teams and teaming--Drs. Richard Hackman, Ruth Wageman and Erin Lehman--6 Conditions framework and Team Diagnostic Survey predict up to 80% of a team's effectiveness. As part of this certification course you will become a Level 1 Certified Team Diagnostic Survey Practitioner and receive access to:

Ruth Wageman, PhD
Ruth believes that the most important problems and aspirations of our time can only be addressed by brilliant collaborations. She is one of the foremost scholars and practitioners studying and working with teams, especially leadership teams. The core of Ruth’s research has been focused on the conditions that influence superb team performance, resulting in the 6 Team Conditions. Ruth’s current work focuses on building collaborative leadership capacity within and across organizations, studying and working with teams whose purpose is to solve complex problems and lead system transformation. Ruth has been a professor at Columbia, Dartmouth, and Harvard. Widely published in both academia and in the business press, Ruth wrote “Senior Leadership Teams: What it Takes to Make them Great,” (HBS Press) with Deb Nunes, Jim Burruss, and Richard Hackman, as well as many widely cited articles in Organization Science, Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Review and Journal of Organizational Behavior. Ruth designed the Team Diagnostic Survey with Richard Hackman and Erin Lehman. She loves to cook, is a huge science fiction fan, and rides horses whenever she can.
Krister Lowe, PhD
Krister is an Organizational Psychologist, a Team Coach, and a Podcaster. He is a Senior Partner at 6 Team Conditions and is also the Founder of the The Team Coaching Zone. Krister is a specialist in team coaching, conflict resolution and performance management and has more than 20 years of experience consulting to diverse organizations in 30+ countries globally. His coaching, consulting, facilitation and training interventions have reached more than 30,000 people worldwide. He has expertise in a number of sectors including: international organizations, professional services, financial services, information technology, energy, foundations, health care and higher education.
