In this video, program instructors Drs. Ruth Wageman and Krister Lowe provide learners with a brief welcome and introduction to this free introductory course. The program consists of the first 11 episodes of the 6 Conditions - The Science and Art of Great Teams Podcast and provides a systematic introduction to the 6 Conditions of Team Effectiveness framework. The course is approximately 8 hours total in length.

By the end of the course you will have developed an evidence-based understanding of the structural conditions and emergent processes that most influence a team's effectiveness. Learners can watch the episodes/lessons a number ways:

At the end of the course, you can take a short 10 question quiz and then email [email protected] to request a certificate of completion. After you complete the course you can then choose to move on to one of our professional certification training programs including:

• Level 1 Foundational Practitioner Certification Program: An approximately 4-5 hour online video-based course that provides an in-depth training in the 6 Conditions of Team Effectiveness framework and the Team Diagnostic Survey (which participants are licensed to administer upon completion).
• Level 2 Advanced Practitioner Certification Program: Available in 2-day classroom-based or four 2.5 hour webinar-based formats. This program provides in-depth and hands-on training in how to coach team leaders and teams in a range of interventions around the 6 Conditions for Team Effectiveness and Team Diagnostic Survey.
• Level 3 Master Practitioner Certification Program: Available in an intensive 2-day classroom-based format. This program is available to participants who have completed the Level 1 and Level 2 programs and who have utilized the 6 Conditions for Team Effectiveness framework and Team Diagnostic Survey with 3 to 5 real-world teams.

All gradates of the 3 professional certification programs also are welcome to join the 6 Team Conditions Global Community of Practice where they can participate in monthly learning calls as well as in a members-only LinkedIn group.
