Team Leader Program
Designing, Launching & Coaching Great Teams
6 Team Conditions; Team Leader Program is a practical, hands-on program that equips leaders to create the conditions for great team performance. Based on a robust, evidence-based team leadership framework developed by Harvard scholar-practitioners, this program equips leaders with practical tools for designing, launching and coaching teams. The program can be used in a number of ways, including as a stand-alone program; as a blended learning component in leadership development programs; and as the centerpiece of group coaching programs with team leaders.
As our world and operating environments become more dynamic, so too do our approaches to leadership and teams need to evolve. This program is unique in that it emphasizes creating an environment or ecosystem that gives rise to a great team.
